Community Grant Assistance
We are committed to providing community grant assistance to non profit organizations that serve Carthage, MO. Our services can be customized to meet the unique needs of each organization, encompassing services such as identifying funding opportunities, conducting grant assessments, and hosting community workshops.
The provision of these services is made possible through the generous support of the Steadley Memorial Trust, aiming to enhance the Carthage community. This initiative is a result of a collaborative partnership between Vision Carthage and the Carthage Economic Development Corporation. Special thanks to Daylight Donuts of Carthage, MO for sponsoring the first Grant Assistance Breakfast.
Community Grant Services
Grant Assessment
The Grant Assessment will include a thorough examination of your non-profit's past grant proposals, providing feedback and constructive insights. With a focus on enhancing your grant writing skills and increasing your chances of securing future funding, this service is designed to help you refine your grant application proposals.
Grant Research
Through our Grant Research Service, we’ll help in identifying funding opportunities that may align with a specific project or your goals and mission. It is our hope that by connecting your non-profit with grants that resonate with your vision, we help you to have a more seamless and successful grant application process.
Grant Workshops & Work Sessions
Our Community Grant Workshops will include informational workshops and work sessions. With personalized tips, strategies, and insights, we'll work together to strengthen your grant skills, applications, and increase your chances of success.
Guidelines & Availability:

Eligible entities must be recognized as a 501c(3).

Organizations seeking grant support services should have a discernible need and/or a well-defined project that contributes to the betterment of the Carthage community.

Requests for grant assistance must be submitted to Vision Carthage via the Grant Assistance Application, with as much advance notice as possible.

For organizations in search of funding for specific projects, we are committed to aiding in the search, acknowledging that the duration may vary depending on urgency and grant application deadlines.

Services will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you when it is your turn.

Grant assistance services will be restricted to a maximum of 9 total hours per month.

Consultations and/or research for identifying funding opportunities may be subject to limitations.
